Wallace pre funeral Weekend

OK here is the deal.
Wallace is getting hitched and I am planning a weekend get together for him. The plan is to have a camping trip on the Black River The weekend of September 22. For those of you who do not know the Black River is a tributary of the cape Fear river. This is a nice site on the river with a boat landing and is about 6 miles from my place. The idea is to have a chance to hang out and reconnect with each other. I am sure we all remember the pledge retreat camping trips and what a good time was had by all. We will have some good food planned and I will make sure that nobody gets thirsty while they are there.

I am suggesting that everyone attending invest in a thermacell mosquito repellent kit fro the weekend. I use one deer hunting and it works great. You can get them at most sporting goods stores. They are 20 or 25 bucks and well worth it.

Shoot me back a note or give ma a call if you can attend so I can start getting a count together.

Oh wow that kegerator...... Well it is a very long story, but that actually belonged to Rocky. He took it back to Florida with him when he graduated in 98 and someone in his family stole it from him basically.

We had some good times with that thing!

I still feel guilty about that. OK.......... not really.

THAT WAS A GREAT TIME. The idea to do that was a long time coming. I say we do something like this at least every other year if not every year. Over time it will grow. We had great numbers for this one, but I wish more of the people that said they would be there would have showed up. I'm still nursing my mosquito bites though.

Hope to see as many alumni as possible at homecoming!
